“We love the Inn. The only 2 things that could be better are - Room 12 there was some dirt or mold in the shower tile grout and the pillows on the bed could be a bit softer or a little less tall. This will not stop us from coming back because everything else is wonderful. This was our second stay.”

“Really loved my stay at The Mermaid & Alligator! The property is beautiful and in a very convenient location — easy to walk or bike to just about everything. You can even rent bikes from the property. The hot breakfast every morning was amazing, and I appreciated having snacks and drinks available all day. The only small downside was that the room I was in, the Sun room, was pretty small, but the balcony was awesome and made up for it. Finally, the staff were all super kind and friendly.……

“Excellent place to stay, walking distance to historic downtown area. Quaint Room at this historical building was very clean and our check-in was very efficient and friendly. Nice property with parking safely gated for protection. Would definetly stay here again. ”

“The Staff was amazing and the rooms were spotless! The grounds and pool are beautiful and serene. We really enjoyed the free coffee by the pool every morning. Perfect location! The hotel even helped us rent scooters that were delivered to us and parking them was right across the street. We arrived early and they did their best to get us in our rooms early. We had a late flight and were able to leave our luggage there and still use their facilities. The room was adorable and the bed was so……
