"Smaller property. room was renovated, CLEAN, LARGE, and exceeded my expectations.. It was a little out of the way of the hustle and bustle but it served its purpose well. Front desk ladies were very very nice and friendly.. I appreciate their hospitality and professionalism. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay again."

"Burn holes in the comforter, shower was dirty, the room was very outdated and old. It didn’t look like the pictures. The TV would not turn on. WiFi sucked I was better off using my data. The pool was not swimmable. The lady at the front desk was pleasant, but besides that I would never stay here or recommend anyone to stay at this location."

"Our entire stay was decent but the experience could have been better. We came in late Thursday night and when we woke up Friday to get our day started we couldn’t take showers. The water was cut off in the hotel and the staff didn’t notify the guest of anything until we called down to front desk. They stated it would take an hour before turning the water back on but then we found out later on that the water wouldn’t be back on until Friday night. We have events to go to and hand to bathe in cold water at the sink. Secondly we front housekeeping took almost an entire hour before we received wash clothes. I had to go down to front desk to get them myself "

"The hotel is fabulous, with lots of extra amenities…rooftop bar, restaurant, great breakfast cafe. My only warning is be sure to turn your key in and DO NOT lose it!!! Key replacement is a whopping $250. We were checking out the hotel for wedding room blocks for 2027, but due to this policy unfortunately we are looking elsewhere."

"I was surprised when we pulled up to the hotel, it felt very isolated from any type of district or neighborhood. It didn’t feel walkable to anything, but if you walk three blocks south you’ll find Feret street and plenty of interesting restaurants and businesses. The location was very convenient for our quick stopover to visit a friend at Tulane. The staff was always quick to welcome us as we passed through the lobby and we enjoyed the midcentury vibe. I don’t know that I would’ve used the pool as it was tucked behind the building and the building mechanicals and surrounded by the medical center buildings. Same for the balconies, you’re not going to be looking at anything other than the medical buildings or the parking lot. The room had a slight odor from the hvac unit. All of this to say, that for the 12 hours we stayed, it was everything we needed. Free parking allowed us to constantly come and go in our car and the proximity to the hwy allowed us to get a quick start on our 12 hour drive home."

"Check in was quick and easy. After that everything went down hill. Piss smell in stairwell. Guy passed out in front of his room from drugs or alcohol. Room was decent but had a closed up stale smell. Short of the story we left and found another room at the Quality Inn!"
