Perfect Stay!

Our room was extremely comfortable and spacious. Having the separate bedroom allowed my husband to stay up late watching tv in the livingroom and not disturb me when I went to bed.

Honestly, the staff are nice. For the price I paid, I stayed at hotels in Bangkok for example the Hilton Millennium has better facilities, great buffet breakfast with great choices and great guest experiences. Even 3 star hotels for example over there were far better. No toothbrush available at this hotel which is a basic supply in hotels I stayed in Bangkok. Each room should have toothbrushes and toothpaste. Enough said . A massive rip off

Fishing trip

Candle wood moved us next door to the Holiday Inn so we could have a ground floor room, and everything was wonderful! The room was new, super clean, and everyone at Candlewood and the Holiday Inn were so nice! Great breakfast and awesome coffee!

⭐ 1/5 — One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Avoid this place.This hotel is nothing like the photos and the grounds reeked of cigarette smoke, and the overall appearance felt rundown and neglected.The receptionist looked completely unprofessional and acted like basic customer service was an inconvenience. There was no parking available for me, and when I explained that I needed to cancel because of this, I was met with zero empathy. She told me to park at a Holiday Inn or even a Walmart down the street—an absolutely ridiculous and unsafe suggestion. When I told her this was unreasonable, she then said she would mark me as a no-show and charge me anyway. I was shocked—I was standing right there, explaining my dilemma, and her response was essentially: either park off-site or be charged as a no-show. Once I realized the conversation was going nowhere, I asked if I could video the interaction and was granted permission. I will attempt to upload it as evidence of the poor customer service. Between the misleading photos, the unpleasant environment, and the shocking lack of professionalism, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Easily one of the most disappointing and frustrating experiences I’ve had while traveling.
