“酒店整體整潔、舒適，但行李要自己搬運，如果沒有駕車去，由前門進入是沒有斜板，要抬行李上落樓級，酒店有一部升降台，酒店職員拒絕讓我們使用，說是給輪椅用的。我媽已七十多歲，得我一個女人搬2大l小行李箱，差點滾下樓梯。”

“I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Indigo. Property was very clean & in a good/convenient location, even though in the middle of town it was very quiet, parking was a 5 minute walk around the corner and staff members were great.”

“We just spent three nights at this hotel and I can’t praise them enough for our stay. The room was spacious, comfortable and had sufficient amenities and complimentary goods including canned water, Ritual shower gel & shampoo and tea/coffee/milk provisions. The hotel has a very clean swimming pool (although the water temperature could be a little warmer), a jacuzzi (again same temp as the pool), sauna and steam room both great. I also used the gym and weights room, again very clean, well……

“入住是問他拿取牙刷牙膏，他笑容滿面地答Certainly, 還好我晚上自己又去買，回到房間他答我out of stock. 房間的電話是不能用的，壞掉了，跟他說了也不位我更換。另外洗衣服送回給我時竟然問我啦信用卡號碼，我說我不舒服，費用掛在房間上我走的時候會結，他答如果我不立即給他，就要立即來收回我的衣服，這是什麼服務，2022年的酒店也會這樣子。房間有多不清潔的毛巾，給我新的但是不拿走舊的，任由一堆毛巾放在廁所的一角”

“CP值高，早餐不錯。 但房間浴室有點小，洗澡的時候沒有地方可以放置衣服。”

“This is a very nice hotel and the rooms are spacious. We are satisfied with this comfortable stay experience. But I think a minor thing may need to be improved. The temperature of bath/shower is not very steady, and it dropped down after several minutes. Besides, the water from tape also took several minutes to become warm. Since we visited in April and it is still a bit cold, when I washed my hands I felt a bit freezing. It would be better to access hot water more easily.”

“Hotel is located just a couple of minutes from the heart of Cardiff City. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean. Rooms are basic and this is exactly as advertised, bed was comfy, only one pillow each but it was good quality. Room only had one towel, unsure if that is on purpose. The only negative was a really quite pungent smell of mackerel in lobby, as if someone had been microwaving it daily. Oh and the tv appears to have no interent connection and……

“Hotel is located in city centre with bright nightlife with restaurants and shops nearby, but parking is a big problems though you may park at central station. Room is clean but facilities are old, better with updated renovation.”

“The view is marvellous. There was Bonfire night in Cardiff, we can see beautiful firework in the room. ”
