"The facility is old and needs refreshing, but it is very clean and the staff are helpful. A grab and go breakfast is available. Surprisingly, there is a wonderful restaurant for dinner, within a close walking distance. It is The Hobbit Cafe. You must try it out too. We will use the Extended Stay again. We appreciated the location to our destination, the cleanliness, and the best price available for miles and miles."

"Entire property needs maintenance. Peeling paint, water stains on ceiling and rust in bathtub. No hot water in bathroom sink. Amenities like shower gel and shampoo are Dollar Store brand. No light on exterior stairs, and i had difficulty reaching anyone to check in."

"Although I had booked a Standard Room, 1 queen bed, I was placed in a petite queen. I must congratulate Hotel Zsa Zsa in providing me with the smallest hotel room that I have ever occupied. That includes many hotel rooms in Italy which has notoriously small rooms. If you have the slightest problem with claustrophobia, go elsewhere."

"The hotel is very highly in need of upgrades and maintenance. We had to fix the shower head to not leak all over the place. The housekeeping team was horrible. The bathroom amenities were empty amd when we called to have them filled the house keeper was bothered. Also when we asked for all to be fille our door was left open!"
