「Madrid is small, reachable from everywhere. A bit too close to congress and “Sol Square” riots area, avoid during political tense times. All over I usually stay there.」

「Will choose this hotel again when return to Madrid 」

「Great location and beautifully designed but it is 6 months old! No one to help us with our luggage upon arrival at the front door (around 5pm on a Friday), no signs to guide us to the reception area that was on another floor. The room (207), absolutely not worth the price as it was the size of a shoe box for 2 adults with 2 suitcases. No night stands, no charging outlets and no proper space for 2 luggage racks. It was the most uncomfortable room I have ever stayed in!」

「No servia el wifi en la habitacion」

「Todo excelente, cuarto muy amplio y cómodo, servicio muy atento.」

「非常好的服务，推荐的吃喝玩乐的地方都很赞！」

「Very nice clean room: a little small perhaps but not oppressively so, and I'm guessing this kind of room size might be typical of the kind of building it was located in. Great central location, in particular was spot-on perfect for my wish to visit all of the 'big 3' art museums. Staff friendly and helpful but discreet, as befitting the kind of hotel it is. The two gentlemen I interacted with both spoke English well. Recommended.」

「Convenient, walking distance to the palace and shopping malls. Next to the Gran Via station. The hotel room is comfortable and the balcony is so nice to see the beautiful scene. So relax living there. 」

「Good location and friendly services.」

「spa could include a relaxation room, otherwise everything was great」

「是個精美服務好地點好，值得再住的飯店。 唯一的缺點是頂樓沒有泳池。」

「The pool and spa facilities are glorious」

「这个酒店特别旧，地板和柜子看着都挺脏的。楼道里到处都有楼梯，如果带着大行李就很不方便。酒店的位置还比较好。」

「very good」

「My wife left the money pocket on the bed night stand.. When we came back.. The pocket disappeared, then report to the reception, they said if they found it, 100% will put on the table.. But they didn't do anything.. End up, we lost the credit card, driving license and cash... of course, my wife careless was the main reason, but hotel didn't take any action.. We were so disappointed.... 」

「Poor service, took hours to deliver serval items. air con not working at the beginning, needed to call to activate. But nice location and interior design. 」
