“Have stayed multiple times and room is always clean”

“Hallway could use an update. No elevator to 2nd floor. No exit in middle of floor. Kitchen staff very friendly. Breakfast was good.”

“We recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Inn at Spearfish Creek, which was perfectly situated for exploring the town. The location couldn't have been better. Just a short walk from local shops, breweries, and interesting attractions. It made our trip so much more enjoyable not having to worry about transportation. The accommodations were surprisingly affordable considering the prime location. We found the amenities to be top-notch, from comfortable rooms to friendly staff who were always……

“The staff was wonderful for our 7 day trip! Breakfast was delicious and clean each morning. The only issue we had was the ice machine out of order a few days but there was a baseball tournament that weekend with lots of players staying at the hotel. Didn't bother us. We still enjoyed our trip!”

“Room was clean and beds were ok. Room door to the hallway had a vertical gap and lots of light/noise from the hallway could be heard if present. Pool heater was out, water was very cold. Hot tub pump was out so no bubbles. Breakfast was edible but not very good. Staff only handled requests if you were standing at the front desk. Phone calls would be looked at but never happened.”

“This historic house is beautifully maintained and the rooms are very comfortable. We had the attic room which is extra large and has an amazing spa shower. The proprietors took great care to prepare a wonderful breakfast each morning. Loved our stay at 1899!”

“Property in breath-taking location with beautiful Great Room. Staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms had thin walls so one could hear conversations of guests and cleaning staff. Also, perpetual thumping of guests on the second floor made for a noisy evening. The shower was fickle and took a little maneuvering and time to get hot water. Also it was weird that water from the shower got all over the floor.”

“This place is absolutely adorable and the aesthetic is perfect. Lots of outdoor seating and chill spots. Nice and quiet and comfortable. The staff was super helpful. Loved the little binder in the room (some good laughs in there). It’s clear the owner takes a lot of pride in this little place. Felt very safe parking our motorcycles there.”
