"員工經驗不足，我預訂的是河景房，結果給我一個看不到景的房，跟櫃檯小姐反應，溝通很久才換成。飯店新，但人員不夠專業。"

"Location n the view from the room is fantastic. Room is corner room n it’s facing the sea with huge balcony. We stayed on 22nd floor 2 bedroom apartment. Although it has 2 bathrooms, the master’s bathroom comes with a bath tub without any bathing gel nor shampoo. The reception staff replied that they don’t supply small bottles and asked me to buy if we need it. Therefore we had to use the common bathroom to shower … the shower gel was almost finished on our 3rd day, the housekeeper didn’t replenish the shower gel but theycame to the room to give us small tubes of shower gel. There is complimentary shuttle to airport service. "

"The room was stunning, servers were helpful, definitely would come back! However, one thing I would like to mention is that there is no physical separation between the toilet and the bed (there is a "curtain" that only blocks the sight...), so you have to stay in the room with someone you are VERY intimate with that you don't mind using the toilet in front of... we certainly were a little uncomfortable with that. "
