Very bad service
1.stay from 7/1–7/5,2023 2. Booked two hotel activities in advance, but none of them was recorded. I had to argued with hotel staffs for my booking. 3. The Retreat located in the middle of nowhere and provide only two shuttle bus to city center and one shuttle bus back to Retreat. This is very un convenient. 4. With mini bar in room but never reimplement when items were consumed. 5.Due to late flight, requested late-check-out on the second day after check in but till 2 days later, was told no late check-out. Very poor efficiency. 6. Despite no late check-out, allowed to stay at pool area to spend time but requests for shower place after swimming were declined. Instead, was told to shower out door and change clothes in restroom. 7. Can not find stamps or mailing service for post cards in this 5 star resort. Even glues or tape to seal envelopes is no possible.

細節部分做得未夠5星,可有空間改善,泳池邊清潔不足 相當多各種昆蟲飛來走動令人享受不到優遊於泳池邊的舒適。早餐服務團隊未能做到以客為尊的態度態度。

Totally Not Up to Standard in service and arrangem
Fairly said the resort service is not up to standard 1) the hotel ppl didn’t tell us all the things like card key etc so cost us time to check with reception 2) when we were in our room the cleaner suddenly came in without notice; they claimed that we have to put the in pool time tag outside the pool entrance but they didn’t tell us when check in... that’s really scare us 3) the ppl for spa arrangement put her naked feet on top of the rubbish bin which seems not appropriate 4) there is no official complaint channel for us but even if we just complained through their staff at reception directly; they just said sorry and will remind the staffs something like that...but that’s too late! There are few more points which are not really good from such a famous resort group which really ruined our holiday... sigh...

In regards for SPA, that was not a rubbish bin, it was a wood washing basin which is used for special treatment. Higher than average price, average services
The food, infinity pool, and the setting and cleanliness of the room has been superb. However, the services and the problem of mosquitos have not been a too pleasant experience. Whenever you called housekeeping for services, do expect at least an half hour delay even you ask for some urgent services such as having a bathing towel after swimming. On the other hand, due to the surrounding environment, there’re lots of mosquitos whenever your room was cleaned up as the cleaners will keep your hotel room opens when they are cleaning. It will be really disturbing during your sleep, especially when the mosquito repellant provided by the hotel is totally useless towards the mosquitos

這次是第二次入住,管家的專業服務沒有第一次的好,講解的不夠仔細,spa的部分讓我有點失望,希望這兩個部分能加強,其他部分餐點跟飯店設施都很棒

Overall good but not perfect
High-end resort hotel in Da Nang. Location is between HoiAn and Da Nang city, around 30-40 minutes away Da Nang airport and Hoi An old city which is reasonable. Room facility is up to standard but the shower water is not hot enough, and shower head has leaking problem when used, told the hotel two times but no corrective actions taken. Its minor problem after all we didn't insist to have it fixed but this is what stop this hotel from being a truly excellent hotel.

Excellent Service and Environment.
Excellent Service and Environment, The Environment is nice and the service from the staff is excellent. Specially the staff in reception for check-in. She is helpful and remember you when next day she saw you in Breakfast area, when i told her that my room's bath door can't close, she immediately found someone to fix it and apologize for the inconvenience caused to us. Moreover, Everyday, they will clean and tidy your room twice a day, which made you feel comfort and tidy for the room and the environment. I will suggest to someone who want to stay in Villa in Da Nang for vacation. Only the buffet breakfast needs to wait for seat in the morning, would suggest to improve in these area as when all the people would like to have breakfast at similar time, the restaurant can't provide enough seats to serve all the customers. If can improve these area would be excellent in overall performance of the Hotel.

Nice beachside pool villa
A good experience after all. Nice rooms. However, beach outside the hotel is not suitable for swimming. Hot water supply is not stable. Staff are very friendly but not very efficient. Good Breakfast in both restaurants.

Close to the beach. Very new hotel.
We stayed 2 nights at the hotel. We paid to upgrade to a 2 bedroom villa but we were a bit disappointed that the duplex was only a 2 bedroom building. Two rooms are of exactly the same interior design with no common space for hanging out such as living room or dining room. It is a little bit inconvenient for a group to stay.

西餐廳食物一流、服務一流的resort
入住了2 bed rooms pool villa, 房間空間足夠,但兩房以外沒有common area, 另外私人泳池太小,不太能游泳; 房間熱水不足,因是電熱水爐,且是小型的,有2天的天氣不太好,溫度大約18度,頭一晚沒有一人洗澡時可以全程用熱水,大概2分鐘後就沒有熱水,要讚的是職員的處理,他們不能增加熱水爐容量,但把溫度調到最大, 之後更親手寫了道歉卡和送上手製曲奇,退房後更免費送我們到另一酒店,非常有誠意! 不得不提的是酒店的西餐廳,食物非常好,只需花上香港一般餐廳的費用便可有fine dining的享受! 而另一間越南餐廳的食物則一般。 最後一提,酒店泳池與沙灘景成一線,非常漂亮!

pleasant stay!
I stayed 3 nights in Naman Retreat. The location of this hotel is between Hoi An and Da Nang. It takes around 25 mins to Da Nang by taxi and 15 mins to Hoi An. So it is actually not very convenient. The hotel services is great. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is okay. More choice of food could be provided while there are different kinds of drinks to be chosen. I stayed in the villa with 2 bedroom. It is actually 2 separate bedroom located in the 2 floors of one building which is quite different from other kind of villa which shared the common facilities.

酒店職員都有很熱誠的態度, 房間的插蘇也是萬用頭, 數量也多. 去會安和市中心的免費車時間太早回酒店, 不過, 坐的士也很方便. 浴室企缸的去水比較慢. 整體很滿意這酒店.

A nice resort with beautiful pools and beach. Hotel is between Hoi An and Danang city, around 20-30 mins for travelling to both places. Free hotel shuttle bus provided.
