Very pleasant staff, nice rooms, lots of options in breakfast buffet, great location across from the beach. There is a nice pool overlooking the beach so it’s very nice view overall. Walking distance to a restaurant called Diner 66 that has western options (mashed potatoes and gravy!). The beach walk is beautiful as well. We rented scooters through the hotel so it was simple to arrange plus they helped arrange transportation to the airport and then from Hanoi airport to Ha Long. I am glad we stayed at Serene Hotel for our 7 night stay.

If you have mold sensitivity do not stay on the 9th floor. The staff are incredible. Would not stay again unless there was some seroius maintenance.

The girls on the counter were lovely and helpful and that was the best part of this hotel. The WiFi is very weak and would cut out. The pool had tiles coming up and the wooden slates around the pool felt dangerous. We went to the pool one day at 11 am and it was full of leafs and bugs etc showing it hadn’t been cleaned, and we were there for an hour and a half but no one came to the pool bar for us to order drinks, no point having a pool bar if no one works it. It is a very noisy hotel as sound travels from other guests rooms. Good location but will not stay here again.

ミーケビーチの中心地にあり、ビーチまで徒歩30秒。5階にはプールもあり、料金も周辺のホテルと比べて低廉で、とても便利で快適に過ごせます。コンビニもすぐ裏手にあります。スタッフもフレンドリー😄👍 日中はほんど部屋で過ごさなかったので、あまり気になりませんでしたが、エレベーターがちょっと遅いのと、冷蔵庫が冷風機付きの保冷庫だったが少し残念かと。

オーシャンフロンのファミリースイートを利用。目の前のビーチを望む眺めは最高。いつまでも見ていたい。 ビーチは道路を渡ればすぐで、朝夕を除けばプライベートビーチのように楽しめた。 朝食もおいしく品数も多い。もう少しメニューの変化があればもっとよかった。 スタッフの方も親切で、観光地までの生き方や手配の仕方など詳しく教えてくれた。娘が携帯をタクシーに置き忘れ途方に暮れていた時も真剣に対処してくれて、携帯が戻ってきた時は本当にうれしかった。感謝しております。 また、利用したいホテルです。
