“This is the HORRIBLE hotel I've ever stayed in my life. They don't qualify as five-star hotel, I think they are one start. I stayed four nights and paid more than US$600 a night, but it wasn't worth it. 1. The room is so small that water leaks into the windowsill after it rains, and the pillows and rooms smell awkward. Also the bed is to soft and uncomfortable, we need to sleep to another side to avoid headstand feeling. 1. I called the dry towel three times the next night and waited for……

“This place was absolutely amazing - the room og bathroom nicely furnished and the staff kind and helpful. But what makes it a amazing is the pool/spa area and the view around the hotel. We would totally recommend staying here!”

“With a group of 4 adults and 1 boy aged around 3, the hotel room was small but very clean. Having considered the price and its location, I was more than satisfied with this. I especially like the arrangement that you need to ring the bell before entering the hotel, which provided me a sense of security. I will definitely book this hotel again if I have a change to pay a visit to London!”

“Perfekte Unterkunft für einen Städtetrip. Der Hub und die Badezimmer waren sehr sauber. Super war auch die Getränke- und Geschirrauswahl in der Lobby. Es wäre toll gewesen, wenn man nachts das Licht auf dem Flur ausgemacht oder gedimmt hätte, es war doch sehr hell im Hub. "I'm very concerned with the sleeping quality that I can get in a hotel so this hotel is between 3 to 4 out of 5 for me. The bedding is very comfortable and the room is very decent and clean. The only downside is that the wall and door are really too thin, and that the hotel is busy with people in and out. The door when closed would create a loud noise capable of waking everyone up. You can hear the music and conversation of the adjacent room easily. Also, the cleansing staff, although having done a great job in cleaning, was really creating loud noise when they clean (including slamming the door of the cleaning room). Despite putting up "do not disturb" sign outside my room, the staff knocked on my door at 9:20a.m. just to confirm if I need housekeeping service. This is simply too annoying and stressful for a quiet enjoyment of the room."
