Our room was extremely clean and with an amazing view. We especially loved the scent in the room and throughout the hotel. The Shinsegae mall being connected to the hotel offered a variety of dinning options and convenient shopping opportunities. We wish we could have stayed longer. The next time we travel, we hope to do an extended stay.

A memorable day! We made a full of memories in the city. We stayed in the Suite room on 36th floor, it has amazing view! (No tall building around it!) Close to the shopping mall and countless food court!!! Also many activities around the hotel. The breakfast was also delicated but typical menus and the room size was smaller than I expected. Except those, everything was great! Thank you the mangement team for warm greeting for my mom and her birthday 🎂 She was so much touched and happy!

I was very impressed by the level of service of all the staffs as well as the amenities the hotel has to offer. The rooms were impeccable and the connected shopping department store SSG was out of this world. Super convenient!

A beautiful, modern and luxurious hotel. Our room overlooked the river giving a spectacular view. The breakfast buffet was more than adequate. Unfortunately, never made it to the fitness facility. Usually any stay, even at a five star hotel, comes with some flaws, but I can find no fault with this hotel.

I wish the pillows are a bit softer and lower. And hope the shower does not change its own temperature if someone use the toilet/sink at the same time. I washed my hands while my gf took shower, and it almost burned her body. Everything else was exceptional. Thanks.
