Noisy in the early evening. One employee from the check in area is not pleasant. The security guards are very polite, so the handsome guys that brings your luggage’s up stairs. Breakfast personnel’s are polite and kind. Hopefully the water flow in the bathroom sink is very, very poor. Needs re-adjustment of fixing to maybe better flow.

Courageous act
The stay is awesome . Hotel is clean and staff is friendly and helpful. One incidence demonstrates the staff quick reaction and bravery , we were locked out of our room and a hotel staff came to our rescue immediately . As the door cannot be opened ( latch accidentally locked from inside ) . We are staying at level 4, The staff went over our friend room who is next door , jumped over the balcony into our balcony , risking his life , went into our room and open the door for us . We are so thankful that he didn’t have 2nd thought and risk his life just to open the door for us

The staff was kind and friendly. The bed was comfortable. The comfort room was a little dirty. The food was average. I was surprised to see shark fin on the dinner menu.

Needs to be improved
The room that i was given did not have any shelving available in the restroom. There are no places to put your personal items. The complimentary toothpaste given by the hotel is sealed so tight that it's almost impossible to open. From the room i heard all the other rooms doorbells when they are being rang by the staff in the hotel.

Hotel is nice and staff is very accommodating. It is located along a busy street during the day and early evening but noise in the room isn’t distracting.

Service Above the Norm
We were awake earlier than breakfast hours due to our travel schedule, but the hotel was nice enough to accommodate our group by putting it out before normal hours!

The hotel in general was dirty and very run down. Decor is very dated. The rooms are very noise with 20+ year of air conditioning making significant noise and endless traffic. Renervations are underway but should have been done years ago.

Welll located in the center of town but the decor is very dated. Rooms in a state of disrepair with wall paper and paint pealing. One small light in a dark and cramped bathroom with insufficient light to see enough to even shave properly. The air conditioning is very old and very loud making it difficult to sleep. No access to an iron in the room. Limited menu in the dinning room becomes very boring on your third day. However well overdue renovations are underway.

Place is dirty I believe, in my first night. I had insects bites. Bedbugs I believe. It is so itchy and made marks on my right below ear and on my tummy as I lay down on tummy. My daughter had some too on her arms. Afraid to get other we didn’t get back. And we check out on the other night. I can I refund what I paid. We only stayed a night in that hotel. Thank you

Hotel that charge extra pillow,towel,face towel,et
only one pillow per person and I was charge for requesting xtra pillow also no face towel available only to pay again if you request one. A/C was very noisy. Everything you request I have pay like another towel. It should be nice if I have to select my own breakfast meal.

Hotel that charge for xtra service.
Only one pillow provided and they charge for another one or extra pillow.Everything extra service you pay like face towel cause its not provided, only one towel.Room door does not closed automatic, A/C very noisy.

The Room was nice. We had the president suite. There are rental rooms for karaoke and this option worked great for a reunion. The restaurant food is very good! reasonable price for this place.

Can't believe Hotel serving complimentary water in the pitcher , they provide only one pillow in each bed , no iron and ironing board in the room . Everything you ask is extra charge. Even single pillow.
