「Superb location close to a main station, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Our room on the 7th floor had great views overlooking the river. The Level experience was superb and the staff in the lounge were fabulous. Other staff members we came across elsewhere in the hotel were also friendly making our stay in Berlin a great experience overall. 」
"It’s a crowd place with crowds flowing. Convenient to take public transportation but again, wouldn’t be nice and clean at the traffic center. There’s no warm water for showering. It’s either old or burning. The water temperature switches itself without anybody touching and it actually burned my skin. Shower cap was ripped. Well, I would say good location if you’re transferring; nice, kind and helpful staffs; but the hotel facilities are in shabby condition. "
