"Nice hotel, not fussy but clean and efficient. Staff very helpful and rooms are basic. Breakfast is great with healthier choices than most. Will stay again. They have lockers to store luggage. "
"The location is great. Walkable or easy to get a transport to all of the major tourist attractions and local or high end shopping. Variety of restaurant and coffee shops around the hotel. "
"This is an excellent hotel a five minute walk from the JR Matsuyama City station. The hotel rooms were clean and air-conditioned and the amenities were good.
I would specially commend this hotel for the excellent breakfast spread. It's very much a Japanese breakfast, but the variety was amazing. I would stay at this hotel again just for the breakfast."
"This long-established hot spring inn, located near the Dogo Onsen area in Matsuyama, offers an authentic Japanese lodging experience with a beautiful garden, excellent hospitality, spotless cleanliness, and exceptionally comfortable beds."

"This was my second time staying at this hotel and while it was clean, convenient and affordable, service that day left a bit to be desired. When I arrived, an older gentleman at the check in desk greeted me somewhat brusquely and didn't believe me when I said I had a reservation, asking me to provide all my information again. It wasn’t until a younger staff member came over and cleared up the situation that I was able to get my room without unnecessary procedures. Despite this, my stay was nice and I’d return here if I was even in Matsuyama again. "
