「The resort is surrounded by nature, very quiet and peaceful - perfect if that’s what you’re looking for. 「A really old-fashioned Japanese onsen experience like nothing else. We ate in the Japanese restaurant one night and French the other evening. The food was fantastic. Rooms were comfortable but old fashioned. I would highly recommend the room with a private onsen - we saw tanuke (Japanese raccoon dogs) approach whilst we were bathing which was a really special experience. We hiked to the ridge (5 hours return) through a beautiful forest.」
