Great place. Great place to relax and unwind. Plenty of water toys to enjoy, or just sit on dock and relax. Try it, you won't regret it.

The tiny house is absolutely gorgeous, it's very complete and very well kept.What we didn't like that much was the fact that there was a house between us and the water, there was lake view but you had to find it. The Heating unit also made a lot of notice, it kept me awake. Over all an nice stay

My best friend and I were in town for a genealogy research trip and had a choice of staying in a hotel or a super cool tiny house (a first for both of us) and we're happy to say we made the right choice! Besides the novelty of it all (how do they fit all those perfectly-sized amenities into such a small space?) we enjoyed the lake access, Caddo (the resident cat), and the solitude. It may have been a first for us, but it certainly won't be the last time!

From the time we arrived to the tiny house to the time we left everything exceeded our expectations. The accommodations were comfortable and spacious for a tiny home. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed. They made available to us the use of the kayak, which we took advantage of to enjoy the beautiful lake. I highly recommend if you want to go stay in a tiny house on a beautiful lake this is your place.

We loved our stay at this tiny house. Perfect location near the lake. Everything was clean and perfect. Caddo (the outdoor cat) was a highlight of the trip for us. Slight traffic on the road during day and night but it didn’t bother us. AC takes a minute to cool off the tiny home, but is wonderful once she catches up! DoorDash and Instacart deliver here. We had the best time. We can’t wait to go back.

This tiny house was just darlin and perfect for my husband and I to steal away to from Dallas! Peaceful and quiet, we enjoyed cooking small meals and enjoyed a glass of complimentary wine from the host! The lake behind the main house was beautiful and a nice breeze could be found sitting out on the deck! Daingerfield State Park was super close and a perfect hike and so many water activities there and lots of picturesque views for pictures! We enjoyed our stay and the host was easily accessible and always available. We will be back for sure!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this tiny home. The home is new with all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Loved the beautiful lakefront neighborhood. Highly recommend this home.
