「Had a nightmare taxi journey from airport to Fadidi House, but the staff and Boucar (owner) made me feel at ease. The place has a family vibe and they make sure you’re happy and feeling the positive vibes! Rooftop area is sublime and I slept well in a room that had a private balcony. Breakfast was continental style, I bought some bagels when out so I could make my breakfast a little heavier as I was out on tours and activities everyday 🙈 Thank you again 🙏」

「En fait ça n'est pas un hôtel vu le niveau de service proposé. En 4 nuits, personne n'est rentré dans ma chambre, pas de changement de serviette ou de nettoyage, plus de papier toilette... Aucune notion de service de la part du personnel, petit déjeuner tellement servi en retard (après 09:00) qu'on ne peut plus le prendre. L'hôtel est bien situé aux Mamelles mais c'est réellement le seul point positif.」

「I had to leave the place due to not having water and WiFi. When the water was available, I had to wash using a bucket of warm water. The staff tried their best but the few people working were tired and ill. The walk up of three flights of stairs was not easy with luggage. Because of a power surge, my charger was ruined. This place is poorly managed but could be much better managed with right person and proper investment of money and experience. I lost 7 nights there. I don’t recommend this...

「Beautiful place overall! Everything was great including the staff, our room, the pool, the food...Everything! The staff was very friendly and attentive Mr. Oumar and his staff were the best! My only suggestion for the restaurant staff is to make sure that all customers receive the same type of customer service no matter what they look like.」

「Hôtel du Casino Cap Vert est un excellent hôtel ou il fait bon se reposer en famille. Nous étions ici pour de petites vacances. Avons bien profité de la piscine, du restaurant ou du moins du buffet à volonté proposé. Chambre propre. Service impeccable. Personnel très courtois et très professionnel. Nous retournerons volontiers dans cet hôtel ou il fait bon vivre ! Merci et à bientôt.」

「The cleaning staff were absolutely horrible. I had to beg for towels and cleaning products. However, the reception staff were helpful to restore some sanity. They went above and beyond to aid me during a GI illness during my trip. Kudos to them! Should fire all cleaning staff immediately. They were rude and obnoxious.」
