「Hotel reception was over the top friendly. Our room was lovely and very large. We ate at the restaurant twice in the evenings and both meals were very tasty. The restaurant staff could have a bit more friendly. I had a massage and a facial. The massage was wonderful. We would stay there again.」

「This hotel is calm with good rooms and housekeeping but misses the mark too much. Service was usually sleepy, the place very not smoke free with lots of smoking around the pool, the technology was outdated with no usb sockets anywhere or Netflix and a pretty useless hotel app too. Just a very forgettable place to stay, hopefully I just hit a bad week but it should be really special and was not.」

「Very clean property with plenty of great food selections. Only improved I’d recommend is adding proper entertainment (like the Moon Palace Cancun). Since many parents with children come here, it would be great to add activities for the kids to keep them busy.」

「Our family of four, including two young children (3yo and 1yo), had a wonderful time at this hotel. The suite room was spacious and comfortable, and the daily cleaning staff refreshed our bedding and towels. The hotel staff throughout the resort was incredibly helpful and great with kids.
