“Super schönes Hotel, nie gedacht das man für den Preis so eine schöne Location bekommt. Sehr gelegen und vor allem freundliche Mitarbeiter und saubere Zimmer.”

“Clean hotel but the place reeked of raw sewage the evening I checked in. Not sure if the sewers were backed up because of the rain or what. But the stench was offensive. Limited food availability. There is no hot food around the clock. One night, around 930pm, the dinner service had already finished and my only option was the bakery. The bakery offered a limited selection of croissant type items. No actual food. Another morning I wanted breakfast before leaving for the day. But there was no……

“Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L’hôtel est impeccable, d’une propreté irréprochable, et le personnel est aux petits soins. Chaque membre de l’équipe fait preuve d’une grande gentillesse et de nombreuses petites attentions qui rendent le séjour encore plus agréable. Nous avons séjourné dans la suite Timoulay, une chambre spacieuse, élégante et très confortable. Le balcon est un vrai plus, idéal pour profiter du calme, et la literie est d’excellente qualité, garantissant des nuits……

“L'ensemble du personnel est très agréable souriant disponible et nous propose tous leurs services. Les chambres sont propres faites tous les jours une bouteille d'eau est offerte chaque jour. Le petit déjeuner est varié. Point a amélioré : les prix du bar a la piscine devrait être affiché.”

“Très bon hôtel, le tout inclus est très bien avec tout les cocktails et boissons de très bonnes qualités, la restauration est correcte,seul problème c'est les transats occupés par des vacanciers des le matin sinon c'est parfait pour passer de bonnes vacances, plage immense. Animation en Anglais essentiellement”

“Terrible hotel stay. The staff attitude and service was appalling. We checked in and there were no towels and we were told to just wait. We were out on a lower floor room around the back - this was close to the speakers for the hotel animation team and you heard a constant thumping of music, to the point the windows were vibrating. We were told we cannot be moved as the hotel is full. At the pool, they had no beach towels and told they were all in the wash and to wait 25 mins. We ordered food at……

“Hotel reception was over the top friendly. Our room was lovely and very large. We ate at the restaurant twice in the evenings and both meals were very tasty. The restaurant staff could have a bit more friendly. I had a massage and a facial. The massage was wonderful. We would stay there again.”
