“Probably 10 Stays in and has never let us down! Depending on which side you stay on the bars could get a little loud at night on the weekends but nothing unbearable. Most residents and guest are always polite and helpful if you get lost finding your unit after check in. Will always use this as my go to in Austin. ”

“My friend and I loved this stay. The location was ideal. The neighborhood was full of great places to eat and shop. We walked around and ate at a great food truck spot and rode the bicycle taxi around. The room was clean and i loved the fact that there was a concierge there to help when we arrived. ”

“Very impressed with the Sonder experience. The app to check in/access information/check out was incredibly easy to use. The unit itself was spotless, was located in a great location right off of 6th st near bars/reataurants/groceries, and the bed was comfortable. Would recommend the Sonder Austin to anyone!”

“Wow. Where to start?? Well, the interior of the house is jaw-dropping. Airy and exotic dreamy. Eye-catching details everywhere you look! Oh, and the wonderful, peaceful deck overlooks Zilker Park. It has a captivating, far-away resort feel. Right in the thick of the coolest action in awesome Austin. Walking distance to all sorts of outdoorsy stuff, including scads of pretty walking trails along the springs. Lots of fun restaurants just down the road. We were smitten.”

“Hosted a bachlorette weekend here and it was incredible! So much room to spread out and enjoy each other. We had dinner in on night and the kitchen accommodations were perfect. We did yoga on the balcony with the quiet a breeze through all the trees and fields on the property. Very retreat feel! Highly recommend”

“Bouldin village was an amazing place for us to stay during commencement weekend for the University of Texas. We had everything we wanted in a relaxed setting. Walking distance to south congress shops and an easy commute downtown.”

“Convenient and spacious accommodations in an apartment building. Good for people who aren't looking for typical hotel amenities (like a front desk or concierge) because there aren't any, but for space and location, we thought it was well worth it.”

“Sent multiple message to host over a 6 week period. Didn’t receive any response. Received several automated messages from hosts agent with decent information but was missing details we needed. On day of arrival we were coming in later (after midnight) and the checking process wasn’t clear so called and text the numbers provided. Spent 25 minutes on hold (the 24x7 number) before hanging up. Texts did get answered but this was after we had already figured things out and checked in. Chose a later……
