“Ivan was very helpful, effective and prompt in communication, very quickly responded to all our questions. The location was in the very south of the city in a nice, safe and quite neighborhood of Calgary. There's a bus stop nearby as well as Sobeys grocery store (walk distance of 20 min). “(Note: The bed photo shows the unmade bed before checkout.) This place delivers exactly what's promised - a clean, quiet room at hostel-level pricing with more comfort and privacy. The space was tidy with all basics covered including bathroom amenities. The host was particularly helpful when I arrived late (10pm) and had trouble with the electronic locks, and even let me park in his driveway when street parking was tight on garbage day. Two things to note: parking can be challenging on garbage……

The outdoor property was amazing paddle boat canoe, a dock, and even had its own little beach of sand for the kids to build Sandcastles. It was beautiful! “This place is a little gem close to Calgary. Although a bit extra driving, it was affordable, which is very appealing for a family. Close to a lovely lake that you can also enjoy.
