“We traveled to Dallas for the first time to see the total eclipse of the sun. We chose this hotel for its proximity Love Field and to a Hertz rental car facility that actually had cars to rent because DAL was sold out. It was also one of the few hotels that did not inflate prices to take advantage of eclipse tourism. Having never been to Dallas, and based on my selection criteria, I expected a little, but was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was clean, quiet, centrally, located to all kinds of……

“Just make things a little bit more clean and this place will be even better! The staff is friendly and kind and the service is excellent!”

“First, I called the hotel shuttle to pick me up at the airport. I waited for an hour and no one showed up. Second, the keypad of the room phone was totally inoperative, I couldn’t use for dialling and even to the front desk. I complaint and the front desk staff told me no one would fix. Third, a number of guest brought the glass and beer to the pool side, and threw the glasses on the floor, debris and blood in the poolside area. Fourth, I reserved shuttle bus to the airport scheduled at 8:30am,……

“Simple and quiet… comfortable and clean. Just make sure you bring your own big towel and hairdryer! Why are hotel body towels made for toddlers? Overall very satisfied ”
