Great location

Place was clean and well maintained with good location for our purposes. Would recommend to others. Great restaurant across the street is Woolworths.

Perfect spot in the middle of everything

The apartment was clean and comfortable. Having the space was a wonderful bonus for our trip. Right in the heart of downtown, close to restaurants and the DART station.

Nice stay

We actually got upgraded to a different room but it had a great view! Master bedroom tv wasn’t working and there was a roach crawling in the bathroom.. besides those two issues it was a good stay.

Wonderful home-away-from-home!

I had the pleasure of staying at this unit for about a month while working in Dallas. The unit had everything I needed to feel at home, the building itself was lovely, the gym was a great amenity, and the property management was very responsive and helpful. My only suggestion is to upgrade the existing pots and pans. They were quite scratched up and felt unsafe to use. Otherwise, this was a perfect place to stay! I really appreciated my stay here.

Dallas Trip

The apartment was very conveniently located for our needs. The check in process was a bit tricky the listing stated 16th floor the apt was 18th floor. Also was unsure how to get access to elevators until obtained key fob once actually in the apt. Luckily a resident was there and buzzed us in. Overall a great trip though.

Roaches and cleanness

The first room had roaches, and the apartment was not clean, it's sad because they knew it was an issue. When we arrived it was a Orkin card on the counter. We should have never been in this apartment. Host move us to another room and on Saturday we found roaches in this apartment as well. Host offer to have the handyman come and treat the apartment but I refused as I'm allergic to all chemicals and would need 24 to 48 hours before I can enter the apartment, by that time I would've been checking out.
