Our spacious and tastefully decorated home can comfortably sleep up to 12 people with 4 drive way and 2 garage door parking .This spacious, tastefully decorated, 2 story fabulous home, features 5 bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 dinning areas, a sparkling in-ground pool, putting green, 7 smart TVs, is perfect for friends and family gatherings.

No Parties or Events: We do not allow parties or events to be held with unauthorized / unregistered guests.
***Additional fee for 6+ guests
Our nightly rate includes the first 6 guests, for an additional guest, a $25 fee will apply.
***Trash day is every Monday and Thursday, please place trash bags at the front curb in the morning of trash pick up day.
*** Pool operates from May to October when weather permits. Pool hours: 10am to 8pm
Pool service: our pool service technician service and clean our pools once a week, if additional cleanings are needed throughout your stay, there will be $75 charge.
