I booked via Hotel.com a Best Western. When I arrived it was a Motel 6. The lobby looked NOTHING like the picture. Gray floors, gray walls and the desk behind a bullet proof glass. Looks like a depressing morgue. I was told they are “now” a Motel 6 however the sign didn’t look new so not sure about that. I NEVER would have booked a Motel 6. My room, discussing!! I actually killed a cockroach. Dirty, towels stained, rust cover lamps and towel rack and everything metal. Mold in shower. Mold on ceiling. Sink leaked and there was water all over counter. Walls and doors a mess. Total dump!!

The biggest problem is that we booked a best western but the hotel is actually a motel 6. In moderate disrepair. Apparently has not been a best western for a while.
