Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including both bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, kitchen, and dining area. Self-check-in is available for a contactless experience, and guests are welcome to use all provided appliances, electronics, and kitchenware.
Garage parking is complimentary; guests simply need to register their vehicle to prevent towing. Please note that only one vehicle is allowed per reservation.

Pets are welcome with prior approval and are subject to a cleaning fee based on the length of stay:
• $35/night for stays of 1–4 nights
• $250 per pet for stays of 5–29 nights
• $400 per pet for stays of 30+ nights

Please Note:
The thermostat is preset to a comfortable temperature range. Only the Host can adjust it remotely if necessary. Guests may request temperature changes, as direct control access is limited.
Each booking includes a $49 Damage Protection Program that covers accidental damages up to $150.
