The room was clean. Front desk was excellent. I had a very nice kitchen including a dishwasher. No bugs. Nice warm shower. The TV was was not topline. Internet was decent. Comfortable bed and furniture.

This is a good budget-friendly property. Plenty of space in the rooms, but no vent fan in the bathroom, which led to steam and walls sweating with 4 people taking showers 1 after the other.

Shuttle driver gave me informative information about where they shuttle to & about the hotel that I greatly appreciated. Staff at checking in & room was great. The kitchen needed a bit more utensils. I would stay here again.

The facilities were good and the staff was good. My problem is that we chose this hotel because their website says this particular hotel has 24 hr service to the airport. We had our family drop us off there but they are now having to drive back to get us to the airport at 4 am. When I ask about it he said it was not his problem.

I like to stay here when I am flying in or out of Dallas love field. I almost always have a ground floor and it has always been very nice. There is a good restaurant right next door and I have enjoyed veru good food there.. I was here on a Sunday and it was closed but I have able to go to the hotels pantry and heat up a meal i bought in my room.. Shuttle drivers exceptionally nice.
