The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
1. Please take all trash out to the trashcan on the patio. 2. Strip all bedding & towels and put in the laundry room on the floor. 3. Put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start.
4. Put all remotes back in the rooms they belong to. Lost remotes will be a $50 charge. 5. Any lost key will be a $25 charge. 6. Leave each AC set at 75° during hot months and 70° during cold months
7. Turn off all lights. 8. If BBQ Grill or patio furniture is used during your stay, clean and replace cover. 9. Finally make sure the doors are securely shut as the doors automatically lock.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Very great place

I would highly recommend this place. Beds were comfortable. Location was very close to Globe Life Field. John left snacks and communication was great. You won’t be disappointed!

Amazing stay in beautiful home.

I loved our stay here. It was a beautiful home with everything you could need for a wonderful stay. Owner is fantastic and made sure we checked in ok and had everything we needed. We do not really stay in hotels anymore and use Vrbo for our trips. This was certainly one of the best stays we have had. I highly recommend staying here. .

Weekend getaway

My friends and I had a weekend getaway. This lovely modern home was the perfect place to stay. It was a great location, and was easy just to walk to restaurants and to the rangers stadium. The home was very clean, and our host was very prompt on answering questions at any time of the day. He also had a few snacks waiting for us as well. I will definitely stay here again!

Perfect game day stay

Perfect place to stay with family and friends, plenty of space! It’s perfect walking distance to AT&T Stadium if you’re heading out to games. Backyard is nice and open, great place to hang out in the evening.

Almost everything about this place was excellent. The only thing that brought the rating down to a "good" was the outdoor space, which was not maintained or cleaned to enable enjoyment of the outdoors on what was a beautiful day.

Giants vs Cowboys

Great location! Within a mile from AT&T Stadium no Uber needed! Boomer Jacks Sports bar/Grill is a 5 minute walk and the food is delicious! Vrbo was clean and accurately depicted by the online photos. The owner of the property was great and easy to work with. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!

Fantastic stay!

My, now husband and I, used this house to get ready for our wedding! Us, plus our bridesmaids and groomsmen were able to use the perfect indoor/outdoor spaces to have a relaxed, fun morning before our wedding! We checked in a few days before and stayed a couple days after relishing in our wedding weekend. Thank you, thank you, thank you for this perfect place!

Very nicely remodeled. The house looked a little strange from the outside because I think it used to be a business and not a house. Was very spacious and comfortable. Little bit far of a walk to the stadium but Ubers are cheap. Would definitely stay there again

Awesome location to Arlington Stadium

Our stay near AT&T Stadium was fantastic! The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the stadium, making it so easy to attend events without worrying about parking. The house itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was welcoming and responsive, ensuring we had a smooth experience. Short Stay

Myself and two friends received tickets to the Cotton Bowl. The house was a perfect fit. Very clean, plenty of space, with nice amenities. It was also within walking distance to AT&T Cowboys Stadium.

Short walk to stadium from ok accommodations

We had a group of six adults attending a concert at AT&T Stadium. We picked this home due to walking proximity post concert, which worked out very well. The accommodations themselves were a bit lacking. House could use a woman’s touch. Reminded me exactly of my husband’s college apartment with roommates. The house did not even have any glasses to use for drinks…only coffee mugs! The did provide metal cups left over from a local casino, but not exactly what you want to have a glass of wine out of! There was an open package of coffee for our use in the pantry. The beds and lenins were very cheap and not comfortable! If you are looking for bare minimum accommodations with short walk (15-17 minutes) ito AT&T stadium this is the place. I felt it was very over priced!
