The apartment itself is pretty nice. It was very clean. It was in a good location for what we needed. The building is very nice and felt secure. I really hated the check in process. You have to go to another site and do a three step verification which doesn't work well and keeps sending you reminders to do it after it's already been done multiple times. I don't want a "passport" where I have to go to an entirely different site to see check in instructions. It's just a lot of extra steps when you could easily do these things through the VRBO app. Just a warning if you are planning to use the sleeper sofa it is atrocious. Hard as a rock and all stained up when you open it. Also there were no linens. When we asked we were told extra lines were in the closet by the door and said closet does not exist. A bag of linens was dropped outside the door later. The host was very responsive and answered us quickly, but obviously didn't know much about the specific unit.

We booked this property for 68 days, but unfortunately had a very poor experience. The dishwasher was broken and the kitchen sink was filled with dirty, stagnant water. Despite repeated requests, the landlord did not fix it for a full week. The smell and unhygienic conditions became so unbearable that we had to pay for temporary accommodation elsewhere for three nights. The landlord showed no concern.Additionally, one day we were locked out for two hours because the code was changed without warning. Even at check-in, they delayed providing us with the entry code. Yet on the last day, they insisted we vacate by 11 AM sharp (which we did) unless we paid extra fees.Management was unhelpful throughout. There was also ongoing construction around the property, which meant constant noise.The interior of the apartment itself was nice, but it’s important to note there is no included parking—you have to pay separately at a nearby garage
