Great location for a birthday weekend. The house was comfortable and lots of room for the 3 of us. Really close to great restaurants and grocery store.

Maria was very responsive to any questions we had. She gave suggestions on where to get groceries near by. The accommodation was neat and tidy and enough space for 6 adults to stay comfortably. We enjoyed staying in proximity to Globe Life Field where we were attending a conference.

We are in town for a two day wedding. Being able to come back to the house between events and just relax was very important to us. This house was perfect. Clean, air condition worked, and the nice eating area indoors and outdoors (we had breakfast on the patio) were great! Thank you!

Ok the house was beautiful. They done a lot of work on updating it.But they have a ring camera at the patio so there is no privacy. If you have guests they have to be gone by 10:00. There is no carpet period so the had a broom but no mop. Bring your own iron because they don't have one then on top of it they had a Spanish guy that sits out in front of the property and watches the house. We got there on a Thursday and it was a black suv in front of the house with this man in it. We noticed he was there all day Friday so I called the owner and he claimed he didn't know him, so I told him I was going to call the police. I waited 15 minutes and what a coincidence the man was gone for the remaining of the weekend. I did notice Sunday while in the Master Bathroom there boarder was not on good and I seen 2 baby roaches coming out. Very Surprised about that. If you need cooking bowls bring some because they do not have any. Dog poop was by the trash can which is right up front by the front door. Uggg nasty to smell walking in a home. The neighborhood is very cluttered. Other than that you make your choice. I would not stay there anymore although it is a beautiful home.

This property is very comfortable with plenty of space for the four of us. The air conditioning was nice and cold, which is wonderful for Texas summers! The beds were very comfy too! It was nice to have a grill available to use on the patio. I would stay here again.

Great Stay!

This was a very comfortable stay. The beds and furnishings were comfy, and the A/C was very cold which was great with 100 degree temps. The host was great about making sure we had everything needed. She was quite attentive. The neighborhood is an older neighborhood, but this Vrbo was very nice inside and out. The only negative is that we couldn’t use the garage in this heat, but that wasn’t that important to us.

Very updated, very clean. You can tell the host makes it special. Details MATTER for guests. Thank you.You may do a double-take of the neighborhood. But don’t mind it - they made very sure that video and motion-sensing lights capture all movement and activity.Great communication great stay.

Concert trip

Beautiful home. Wonderful neighborhood. Everything was perfect! My sister and I traveled for a concert at AT&T Stadium. Lots of places to eat or shop for food. Would definitely stay again.

The property was in a great location. Near a gas station, shopping, dining and all within just a short travel distance down the street. It accommodated my party of 6 very nicely. The property was clean and roomy. Communication with the owners was excellent.

Do not let your turn onto Jo Lynn street give you a wrong impression as the home is very nice ,cozy and so clean and our family would stay ther again should we be back in Arlington for a game at any of the baseball, football or amusement parks as they are just minutes away Bill

Cute house in a good area.

My family and myself stayed at this listing in order to go to a Thanksgiving football game. The location was perfect and the listing was exactly as described. The rooms were roomy and the beds were very comfortable! Check in process was a breeze, and the owner had initiated communication prior to day of check in, making sure we had all of the information we needed. The house was one of the cleanest BNBs we have ever stayed in! Check out was extremely simple as well, the owner really stream-lined the process. If I was ever in need and in this area again, I would stay here again.
