Very nice home in a good neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of room for our family get together. We were disappointed that the pool and hot tub were not available as this was a major reason for choosing the home. We did receive a 10 percent refund as compensation. My only other recommendation would be for the host to have a notebook with operating instructions.

Lovely, clean house but weird hours for pool usage. Can't swim in the pool from 10 am to 5pm, the hottest parts of the day. No hot tub available and the pool was not heated. The grill was not working either, we told the host but no resolution so we had to cook everything inside. Was not what we thought it would be especially for how much we spent, we also didn't know about the restrictions until after we paid. Nice neighborhood though so if your not planning on using the cold pool for most of the day or the grill, it's a good place. We'll be looking for somewhere else next time and will be reading the reviews more closely. Hopefully this review will help out others.
