Stay in the heart of Midtown Park, Dallas, just minutes from Downtown, NorthPark Mall, and some of the city’s best shopping, dining, and trails. The Mark at Midtown Park offers fully-furnished apartments perfect for flexible stays. Enjoy full kitchens with quartz countertops, spa-inspired baths, and oversized balconies. Unwind at the resort-style pool with cabanas, or stay active in the TRX-equipped fitness center.
All guests will need to pass CLEAR identity verification and a background check, we'll look for no evictions, collections, or criminal records.

For stays of 30+ nights, Landing also requires SSN - a soft credit check will be performed only on the primary guest. We look for a 550 credit score.
