Holiday Home

We used this home to host Christmas for local elderly parents that lived close by. We had two families (8 people) stay and hosted 3 people for dinners. There was plenty of space & a nice sized kitchen that was well equipped. We would consider doing it again this year.

Clean, Comfortable, Convenient

We had a great stay! Goldnest made the process very smooth and even checked in with us via email during the stay to make sure all was well. The house was clean, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the house is located in a nice neighborhood near all conveniences. We highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area. Cheers to the host for a wonderful stay!

Good space, lots of communication

This is a great space for individuals or families who need a place to stay in far north Dallas/Richardson/Addison etc. The property management asked a lot of questions about who I am and what I am planning to do, after I had already booked, and then there was a lot of communication while I was staying, which felt excessive. But overall was a good stay.

Very open concept welcoming home

The rooms were very nice and clean. Honestly wished I could of stayed a little longer than I was there. I think the home is very open for gathering for dinners and BBQs I think it was a little bit high in price given other options, but I know the demand at the time was what I had to go with. I'm very happy with the transparency of the host.
