Great for families!

This house offers an ideal layout for multiple families. There are two "wings" that allow for privacy and quiet. The property manager was extraordinarily responsive and helpful.

Wonderful house!

Overall it was a wonderful stay! Communication with the manager was fantastic. The check-in and check-out process was super easy. The house was exactly as described and also very clean and quite spacious. It is a very safe and quiet neighborhood as well. It was perfect for hosting extended family over the holidays!

Highly Recommend

Highly recommend this location and owners. Not only is the house in a great, quiet location but it has a large backyard. The beds/bedrooms are comfy with plenty of space for all of your guest, along with great amenities. The owners were extremely attentive and fast to reply. If you're in northern Dallas, this place is a great option.

Very Nice Place

Good central, safe location; nice and roomy for the 8 of us; the three baths were a bonus; reasonably priced per night stay; very friendly and gracious host who communicated back with us quickly, when needed; would recommend to anybody wanting to stay in a VRBO.

Great short-term housing option

We were out of our home for renovations and this was a great spot to call "home" during our project. The management team was very quick to reply to any and all requests. Would definitely recommend!

3544 Northaven Rd. Dallas, TX

This is a nice home that has been tastefully remodeled. Our family of four was very comfortable. The amenities were as advertised. The property is conveniently located in northwest Dallas inside LBJ and West of the Toll Road. Communication with the owner was easy and he was very responsive to all communications. Would recommend this home to anyone looking for a spacious and bright home in Dallas.

Great communication, Convenient location, Magnanimous hosts

We had a last minute cancelation at our first booking so we were essentially stranded and had to hurry to find replacement lodging. This worked out great and we could not have asked for better hosts. They were lightning quick to answer, followed up promptly on every question and addressed every concern. The house is an older, ranch style house that has been very nicely remodeled. The one story was helpful as we had older folks who did not have to navigate stairs. The garage had been converted into extra rooms, including a third bathroom which was a must for the guys traveling in our group. It was extremely spacious, a very nice place to gather for our family. My small kids especially enjoyed the huge back yard; I couldn't keep them inside. Location was so convenient, near 635 highway and very central to everything. Lots of places to eat that were a short ride away. Quiet peaceful neighborhood which felt safe. All the essentials were provided, we even had a small high chair for our little one. We wanted for nothing. We highly recommend this place and would definitely rent again.
