There are security cameras facing the front yard and over the garage facing the driveway. There is a front door bell security camera and two cameras overseeing the alleys facing front yard area. No cameras in private areas

We have a yard maintenance/garbage collection service come 1x/week
We have a pest control guy 1x/month
*They will not interrupt your stay but will be present on the grounds for 30 mins during the week to take care of maintenance*
