“Upon entering the property. I saw that the accommodations were not the quality I thought I had paid for. Because of the overall uncleanliness that came with an odor, my family was uncomfortable. But with how much money was spent and how far and long we had driven to this property. We had no other choice but to stay. This was supposed to be a trip to celebrate our son retiring from the military. While also being able to relax and enjoy our time there since we barely get to see him. I highly……

“This place served our needs perfectly. It's clean, check in was easy, and the owner was responsive. Thanks for sharing your home! ”

“Beautiful home and property.”

“I arrived extremely late after dark because of traffic issues and it was so great to have a garage for unloading. Also after being cooped up in the car for 12 hours, having a completely fenced in yard for my 3 yo dog so she could run off some of her energy., was so helpful. The place was beautifully decorated and was so comfortable. We had a wonderful stay.”

“The kitchen counters were filthy. All of our towels were wet upon arrival. The floor in the living room had wood planks torn from the floor. This is a dangerous/hazardous situation. The furniture in the living room was dirty. The rug in one of the bedrooms was dirty. A towel bar in one of the bathrooms was broken. In one of the bathrooms there was no running hot water in the sink.Extremely disappointed! Definitely false advertisement through the pictures posted on line.”

“Literally no complaints, Gabrielle & Jean were both very communicative and welcoming.”

“We loved the house and had a great stay. The house was very clean minus a single dead cockroach in the bathtub when we arrived. We had minor trouble checking in but the host was very responsive and helpful and even reached back out again later to apologize. A very friendly and communicative host with a beautiful, clean home! It came equipped with everything we needed and was perfect. We shared the house with my family and my sister’s family and it was the perfect space while we were on vacation!……

“We couldn’t have been happier with the location, amenities and cleanliness of this cute cottage. It was perfect for us while visiting for a baseball tournament. Thanks!”

“Thank you!”

“House is as advertised. Had a great time with a bunch of teenage boys. Everyone had their own space.”

“Worked out great”

“We had a great stay at Downtown Dugout. Kim was an excellent host and communication was great and timely. The house was clean and just as described. The house was stocked and we really appreciated the snack basket that was available upon check-in which we greatly appreciated after a long day of traveling and weren't quite sure of our dinner plans. We would highly recommend the Downtown Dugout.”

“Great house for multiple families. Has all the amenities you need. Love the neighborhood and town.”

“It was a nice little house close to the lake. Loved hearing the birds singing and seeing the deer walking around the neighborhood. It was a great neighborhood very quiet and peaceful. The house had everything we needed.”

“The town of Acworth is beyond amazing and the trails and downtown area close by were adored. Deer came into the yard and my daughter was in total awe! We will definitely stay at Acworth again but not would choose this home for the price, neighbor house that looks abandoned and cockroach/hot water issues.”

“Overall the property was excellent, and we enjoyed our stay! Great location, close to anything we could need, as well as the Lakepoint baseball complex (15mins). Very clean and cozy. Good communication with the host on check-in/check-out instructions. Only complaint would be the master bathroom. Shower is very small, so we chose to all use the hall bathroom for our showers. The toilet in the master also broke toward the end of our stay, which was promptly addressed by the host. Would definitely……
