"The pool was not heated instead it was extremely cold on a colder day which was not pleasant. Initially we booked because we knew the weather would be kinda cooler and windy so when we seen it was heated we were sold, but since it wasn’t we didn’t stay by the pool long and instead went back to our room with upset kids. "

"Room was not ready for two hours after check in time. No accommodation was offered. I missed the meeting I flew in for. "

"Everything was great, but the team was the highlight of the stay. The people who greeted at the car, and then helped with luggage upon my departure, were just so wonderfully helpful and lovely! The front desk team was also great. Thank you all so much. I continue to sing your praises to the rest of my family who will visit Dallas!"

"Everything was fine except the pool and hot tub. They could have used cleaning. The hot tub had cold water for over half of our stay. I would have given a higher rating if it worked unfortunately. "

"A little noisy being right next to the freeway but they provide earplugs. "

"The hotel is beautiful and the room is large and clean. But there was so much thumping and the sound of chairs being dragged etc, from early in the morning in the room above ours that we got very little sleep. Several times it was so bad that we thought someone was knocking loudly on our door, and it scared us awake. I told the front desk when we left but they didnt seem overly concerned with making it right. "

"Shower mat is stained, bed sheets stained, toilet paper roll was almost empty upon arrival, coffee was gone at 8:15am. "
