"Good, fresh,warm breakfast from room service. Too high of price for patron parking One of our family members left travel bag with perfume and makeup in room upon our departure and it was not recovered."

"The staff was excellent, they greeted you when leaving and returning to the hotel! The rooms were clean. The Monkey Bar rooftop was a nice attraction with amazing views, tasty snacks and beverages! Definitely will return next year for the Redeemed Women’s Annual Event!!!"

"Staff was lovely and the bar area is lively; but the gas was out, which meant no hot food and no hot water. I was upgraded to a suite, which while appreciated, was very dated. There were two areas in the suite where heating equipment and ductwork were housed in casing that was exposed - you could literally see and touch the equipment and insulation, etc. I’ve never seen anything quite like it, especially in a hotel."

"Easy check in. Very professional and friendly staff. Valets service excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, nice bed."

"Parking lot in from of the SER tower, there were people smoking marijuana. Jade Waters waterpark is disgusting. There was a child that threw up and the parent told staff and staff did not remove people from the water and did not clean it up. I will never stay here again and will not recommend it now anyone. "
