“This is a lovely, well maintained, comfortable property in an excellent country location. It is very peaceful, with deer, birds and other wildlife all around . But the village of Killin is only about 2 miles away and has a good supermarket, several restaurants and coffee shops, all very convenient. And the beautiful Falls of Dochart are an added attraction. We loved our stay!”

“We had a great time staying here and can wholeheartedly recommend it! The pictures do not do this place justice, the views are amazing and the house is cozy and has a warm and loving feeling. We stayed here for six days and our only regret is not staying longer. David is also a great host who answered our questions immediately and we felt well taken care of both before and during our stay. We will definitely want to come back at some point!”

“We spent a lovely weekend at Hollybank & can’t fault it at all. Enough space to either spend time in small groups or be together as a group of 8. Very well-equipped kitchen & loved the option for either casual dining in the open-plan lounge or the more formal dining room. Would happily return at any time.”

“Super schönes kleines Haus mit viel Gemütlichkeit und immer ein Fenster zum Wasser. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können es 100prozentig weiterempfehlen. Tolle Ausflüge zu Fuss Aboretum, Cafe, Pub) oder mit dem Auto in die Highlands oder Castles möglich. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.”

“The lodge was perfect for an outdoor family like us with dogs. Location is quite remote but that's what we like. We'd advise going stocked up with food and drink before going. there is a pub within walking distance with pub food and a great pool table. Meals were after 6pm. The lodge was very comfortable with everything you need. Having the sauna was fantastic especially after a long day out. There is a lot do do around the area but do expect to drive here and there. “Thank you for a wonderful holiday! Everything was great, the house was stunning, it was just amazing. Our best time away together yet, quality time together in the perfect place. The hosts were such lovely people and we enjoyed having a good chat every day, very friendly. Was lovely spending time with the resident animals aswell, the highland cattle were a beautiful sight and I saw my first ever stag. I’ve grown up as a “townie” and I always look forward to my holidays in the countryside. Best……

“This is an ideal apartment for friends or a family wishing to explore the Oban area. Well equipped, comfortable and beside the sea front, shops, cafes, railway, bus stations and ferry terminal. Supermarkets close by. All set in the most glorious location with so much to see.”

“Great cottage - photos don’t do it justice. Well supplied kitchen with everything you could need or want. Cosy and comfortable lounge, wood burner was lovely and all the tv and internet worked perfectly making it a great hideaway even in poor weather. Comfy bedroom with electric blankets - perfect for lazy winter mornings.”

“I booked Morelaggan House for my family and friends to get away for a few days during the school holidays. The house has amazing views over Loch Long and set in a quiet area about 5 minutes drive into Arrochar. The kids loved the toy room and running around, while the adults mainly used the kitchen/dining area. There’s a large projector screen and access to Netflix, Apple TV etc. and a piano too. We also got the fire going with yhe log provided. Plenty of parking for several cars too. All round……
