We allow dogs. A $50 pet fee must be paid before arriving at the location. Home has a ring door bell camera, if you bring a pet without paying the fee it will increase to $200. Thank you for understanding! No smoking or vaping inside our property . We have a NO tolerance policy. Anyone breaking this policy will be charged a $500 fee.
You agree and acknowledge that the use of the Property by the Rental Party and Guest’s visitors is entirely at their own risk. Guest will indemnify and hold harmless Owner from any and all expenses, costs, damages, suits, actions, or liabilities whatsoever arising from or related to any and all loss of or damage to personal property, injury, or death resulting from the use or occupancy of the Property or the failure of any member of Rental Party or Guest’s visitors to observe the Rules and restrictions set forth herein or anywhere in the listing on the platform and/or in the guest welcome email or guest book distributed by the owner. Rules and policies are subject to change without notice.
We do have outdoor security cameras to protect our property and monitor our rules and the number of guests attending, and we want you to be aware because we respect your privacy. There are NO cameras indoors.
Please be sure to pull the grill out from and away from the house and siding before using it and return it only after it has cooled, or damage may occur to the siding from the heat! (Due to misuse grill is not available at this time.)
You agree to follow all check-in and check-out procedures as indicated by the host either prior to check-in and/or during your stay, and to leave the property relatively clean and free of trash or debris (to dispose of in proper receptacles/household trash only), put away all of your dishes in the dishwasher, to leave stove/oven/microwave/grill relatively clean (cleaning up any burns, boil overs, or spills) and the grill is to be stowed where it was found (not available at this time but you ask about it), not to leave behind any unused perishable groceries in the fridge or freezer, etc., as well as to not rearrange any of the furniture. **PLEASE keep food cleaned up and stored away in the appropriate areas. Some of our past guests have failed to do this and over time this will attract unwanted visitors.
You will report any broken items to the host immediately and prior to check-out. Any maintenance issues experienced shall also immediately be reported, especially in the instance that failure to report could further jeopardize the home (plumbing leak, etc.). You will also leave windows and exterior doors shut at all times, and you will secure the home upon departure.
No grease or food shall be put down the sink drains. Nothing shall be discarded in toilets (no toilet paper ,no hygiene products or applicators, no wipes of ANY kind whether flushable or not, contraceptives, etc.). We have a septic system that is somewhat fragile compared to the sewer systems of cities and appreciate your understanding.
Under no circumstances shall your booking/use of the property be considered a permanent or long-term stay (unless otherwise determined by the property owner).
Violation of any of our house rules may at the owner's discretion result in immediate termination of your rental agreement with no refunds and may lead to forfeiture of any deposit.
