“The reservation was a total screw up/disaster. I arrived and found that the office was locked up at 6:06pm and a sign saying all rooms sold out. No one was there. I called a number for the motel that I found online. The person said that there was no reservation in my name. I gave the itinerary number you supplied. The person continued to say there was no reservation. I don’t know if a problem was on your end or the motel end. It was a TERRIBLE experience!!!”

“Completely updated Clean Quiet”

“The building was quite old, elevators were extremely old and slow, the “gym” barely had anything 2 treadmills and some dumbbells and nothing suitable for a decent workout. The toilet in our room made a loud pitched noise every time we flushed and the worst part of our stay was having staff try to enter our room without knocking, and then 15-20 minutes later they tried to enter a second time ( they did knock the second time). but they wanted to know if we were checking out even though it was……

“Very clean room, beautiful hotel. The only issue i had was the parking lot was awkwardly located from the hotel. Not really far but a good walk to the entrance to the hotel entrance. Luckily I love walking and doing steps is not a problem for me.”

“We stayed here on our way to Florida, because we did last year. I was very unimpressed when we opened the couch for my son to sleep on and there was a piece of bacon, a straw wrapper and what looked like a pee stain and piece of mouse poop.”

“Bad smell. Plug in device to try to cover up smell. Felt dirty. Waited at front desk for assistance for more than 10 minutes and tried to call twice to get staff but no one came to desk or answered phone.”

“Restaurant and bar is poorly run. Food was horrendous and a compleye disappointment from years past. Bartender didn't know how to mix basic drinks. Room had no hot water for the shower.”

“I had a great stay at the Radisson Lackawanna Station Hotel in Scranton while visiting for my sons orientation at Scranton University. The check-in process was fast and easy, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional, and my room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The hotel’s historic charm makes it a unique place to stay, and the excellent service made the experience even better. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Scranton area.”
