“This house was very well kept. It was a surprise to all the my 2 kids and nephew that there were so many games to choose from in the living room. We all really enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the mornings and evening. The neighbors were all super friendly as well. Adrienne was very quick to respond with any questions we had and very kind. We asked if he could allow us to check out a little late on the day of our departure and he obliged. If ever we are in the area again, we would love to……

“This is perhaps the best VRBO experience I have ever had. The house is beautifully decorated with plenty of space for my mom, my spouse and twin boys (who loved the bunk beds). The house had everything we could possibly needs from plenty of towels, a complete kitchen, toilet paper, shampoo/ conditioner and body wash. The backyard area is private and cozy! The location is in a fabulous and quiet neighborhood but located ten mins to downtown and 5 mins to 10 mins to rock city, Ruby falls and the……

“We had a wonderful time, and the house served us perfectly! Then kids LOVED the upstairs room and the little play area. The house was clean and beautiful. All the appliances looked and worked like new. The kitchen layout was very functional. The only two thing that would have been nice (but didn’t effect the quality of our stay) would be a garbage disposal (I stress out about food going down the drain), and an outdoor grill. Highly recommend!”
