Check in took 1 hour as there's no check in desk, but you're supposed to contact an "agent" (some guy called Steven Gunawan) who asks you to deposit 500 ribu to his bank account in order to guide you through a treasure hunt to collect the keys of the room. Tried communicating with the hotel through the app, what’s app, and the number they provided for contact, no response. When I finally found the lobby after paying a sketchy guy on the street they would not let us check in, I paid for two nights with the intention of showing up early in the morning after the first night.
