「Clean and fancy. Some items looking slightly worn but still the best hotel in the area. Street vendors smoking meats across the river with the windows open in the main hotel areas led to smoke smell filling the hotel. Staff seemed clueless that people might not like that. AC was weak in room but expected for Georgia. AC was weak in gym, but gym was nice. Pool stunk heavily of being over-chlorinated. Smelt like 10ppm or something crazy like that. 」

「Nice property and facility for families with small children.」

「A lovely and comfy hotel, great restaurant downstairs. Better than the “luxury” Crowne Plaza from across the road, where nothing is working. Will definitely consider staying here again if I am back in Borjomi!」

「The location is amazing, too many activities near the apartment. Best place to stay with family. However, 1. The hotel has to be renovated urgently. 2. Furniture is old, 3. Towels are mostly torn 4. Bath amenities with the lowest quality 5. SPA doesn't have slippers and enough towels. Note. Special thanks to the reception team (Nika) and friendly housekeeping. 」

「This is a wonderful property in Borjomi, it's a little out of the way but close enough to get a taxi into town. The hotel was great, very comfortable rooms with great staff, and they have a bidet, a true gem.」

「This is a very simple hotel on a large very noisy road. The people who work there (we had contact with 4 or 5 people at different times in less than one day) are accommodating but do nothing if not asked, and you have to find them first. Positive: Nice mattress Negative: Everything else... - It is very noisy both from the road and the rooms.
