“Bed was very comfortable! But the AC was broken and nothing was mentioned about parking not being included. Book somewhere else.”

“Location was outstanding. The rooms themselves were dirty. 4 steps on the floors and our socks were black. The mattress for the pullout was old and dingy/dirty and extremely uncomfortable. We asked for some extra bedding or another mattress topper and we were told, its a pullout - what do you expect? The microwave installed above the stove didnt work, so they had one on the floor in the closet for use.”

“It was like sleeping in somebody’s bedroom that really didn’t care about it. Drawers were dirty inside no hair dryer sheets were questionable. So much more I could say but honestly, you’ve got the idea. I guess when you’re only paying $100 a night you can’t really expect much more than that by the beach. The staff was very nice. We got an early check-in. The positive is it’s close to everything within walking distance. Beach is an about 5 miles away.”

“My wife and I had an excellent 2-night stay in unit 3 while visiting San Clemente for our nephew's HS graduation. The unit was perfect for us. Clean, spacious and well appointed. The view and sounds of the surf breaking on the beach was loved. The one and only nuisance was the beach campfire smoke that would blow in with the onshore breeze each night from around 7 to 10:30pm. Since we have some breathing sensitivities, we ended closing up the unit and spent our time off-site during that……
