「The host is very attentive and check in was very easy. The issue we have with this property is the location which is not in the control of the host. The property was basic and clean. As another review states, if you know the neighborhood then you know what to expect. 「This was my second time staying here. The apartment was immaculately clean and the owner was both professional and personal! The apartment had all the comforts of home, from coffee and snacks in the kitchen to self-care items (e.g., toothbrush, toothpaste, etc). Truly a hidden gem, close to shopping, restaurants, and highways! 」

「Although our stay was cut short due to a snowstorm, the accommodations with Charles were great. We usually take a hotel room when down in Southbury visiting family. From here on we will certainly be staying with Charles. The accommodations were clean and comfortable and communication was good.
