"43 acre private property" does not suggest there are many houses next to one another, which there are. We thought we'd be all alone, and there was a house a few yards from us. You don't learn about the wildlife - stray dogs, roaming cattle, bear, etc. until you read the check-in book. They should disclose this before people book, not after you are...

「Our stay at The Land was very enjoyable. We stayed in the treehouse with our kids (5 years old and 18 months) and Grandma and Grandpa and used it as our base of operations for my wife’s elk hunt. The place has a great layout inside and the front porch and treehouse made for a the perfect outdoor play area for the kids.
