“Riad Lia ou Lik and their staff were amazing. We enjoyed 4 nights in the beautiful riad and wanted for nothing. The breakfast was great, the rooms were clean and safe, and the staff were always so attentive helping with everything from bottled water to taxis. You have to go down a few winding roads to get to the riad, but it's worth it once you're there. Would 100% recommend.”

“Very yummy breakfast and attentive staffs.”

“This beautiful boutique hotel provides a quiet respite from the chaos of the medina. The rooms are very well appointed and the rooftop restaurant is superb. What makes this an exceptional property is the kind and attentive staff. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Marrakech.”

“Excellent stay! The staff are lovely. So hospitable.”

“Struttura perfetta, con personale estremamente cordiale e disponibile! Molto competente”

“A fantastic stay and plan on staying again next time we visit for sure! Great room, staff, location and enjoyed the breakfast”

“Riad Kaiss not only defines the excellence in boutique hotel, but also makes us to respect the Moroccan's authentic hospitality, thanks to the warmth from all details in services, and the friendliness at each encounter with hotel staff. For all the Riad Kaiss staff who had helped us in any occasion, and who had put his/her efforts to maintain this 5 starts boutique Riad together, they are the symbol of Moroccan pride and hospitality. Thank you Riad Kaiss and Staff Team, you made us to fall……

“The staff is very nice and takes care of everything. We enjoyed much our stay, they picked us up and brought us back to the airport. Recommended 100%”

“Younes was exceptionally helpful and friendly at check in. He gave us great recommendations for dinner and where to go shopping. Even later in the souks he saw us when he was on his way home and turned around to check that we had a good evening and if we needed anything else. Even though he was off duty he relayed a request to the night staff on our behalf. He went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome.”

“Lovely place but what makes it extra special is the staff. Kierrahadine (sp?) was extraordinary in his efforts to help foreign travelers learn quickly what to do and not to do. He gave us a personal briefing and created a map for us. I can’t emphasize how helpful he was all through the stay. Other staff were also kind and wonderful. We stayed in the Green Tea Toom which was delightful. Also breakfast was really great. Location is great too - steps from everything.”

“I’d like to recommend Riad Samsli Hotel Marrakesh because we had such an amazing experience during our stay in the hotel. Staff were so attentive and polite, especially we were so lucky to meet Sofyian, such a wonderful person, as soon as we checked in the hotel, he gave us every assistance we needed. We’ll definitely choose this hotel when we revisit Marrakesh. Thank you for everything Sofyian, all the best!”

“套间非常棒，两个房间都很豪华古朴，特别是小花园也是独享的，流水，鸟声，给人一种青松惬意的感觉”

“Parfait”

“We had a wonderful stay at Riad Flam & Spa in Marrakech. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm Moroccan hospitality and felt right at home. The riad is beautiful, peaceful, and full of Moroccan charm. Our room was comfortable and very clean, and the whole place was well maintained. After spending the day exploring the busy streets and souks of Marrakech, it was wonderful to come back to such a quiet and relaxing place. The staff were one of the best parts of our stay. “Really lovely place to stay, very close to Bahia palace, souk and restaurants. 20 minute walk through the souk to the Jemaa El Fna square and the Koutoubia mosque. Kept clean and tidy, all the staff are very nice, friendly and helpful. Good breakfast to start the day. Rooftop area great to relax and cool off with a dip in the small pool. Watch out for the motorbikes driving through the souk, you will get used to it!”
