“Firstly we were put in a different cottage than we booked and told by the owner thats where we'll be staying, no sorry...wasnt a great start. I had picked the Etna because it was seperate to the other two cottages and i really liked the look of the cottage. Next was the wet firewood and kindling that we paid extra for that wouldnt stay alight because it was bubbling water and then fan doesnt work on the fire place.
