“We stayed at this property for 10 days and thoroughly enjoyed it! The apartment was clean, tidy and had everything we needed along with a stunning view over Lake Como. The location was perfect, being located in a small village which was in easy reach of tourist hotspots along the lake via car or train. We would highly recommend. Thank you.”

“A really nice flat with everything you would need for a stay in the area! Great views of Bellano and Lake Como too, and the price was more than reasonable.
If you do stay here without a car, be aware that the walk up from the town is very steep, I underestimated this a bit!”

“It's certainly very unique in its Gothic style and very spacious, close to everything. but we found dust in corners and on some selves, the storage room was full of cleaning stuff and smelled like mold....also even it is only 4 miniutes walk from the ferry, with its location at the top of the hill and to carry big suitcases along the pebble stone road all the way up to check in is no fun at all.”

“We had the best of time. Stayed for a month. The owners Marco and Daniela could not have been nicer. The home is a dream. We took morning dips every morning in the lake and walked 2 miles into Varenna every morning for coffee (and back). ”

“The property is very beautiful and comfortable. The view is amazing! The balcony was the perfect place for morning coffee.
It is about a 10-15 minute walk to town and the ferry!
There is a pizza place and a produce store less than 5 minute walk. We enjoyed stopping for snacks at the pizza place on the way home each evening.
The renta was clean, safe and well appointed. It even had an assigned parking spot.
Would recommend 100%!!”

“We spent 4 nights in Varenna, which is a fantastic location to explore the Lake with great access to mid-lake ferry service. The apartment had everything we needed as a family of 4 adults. A wonderful welcome from our host was a fab start. Plenty of places to eat and drink and take in all that the Lake has to offer. Highly recommend.”

“Lovely welcome package - helpful guide from the owner and beautiful views. Comfortable sleeping for seven guests and good cooking appliances and cutlery. Lots to do in area and close to boat hire and water sports hire places. Good restaurants nearby in Sorico. The natural spring is quite challenging to get to but a good adventure. No complaints - would recommend! ”

“Le propriétaire est venu nous chercher à la gare en automobile pour nous faciliter le transport des bagages. Nous découvrons la maison qui est propre, fonctionnelle, avec un jardin et une terrasse. Il fait chaud mais la climatisation nous permet de faire redescendre la température.
Toutes les prestations présentées sont effectives.
Bellano est une super station au bord du lac de Côme sans l'effervescence touristique des Bellagio, Tremezzo et autres Varenna.
Un bateau permet néanmoins facilement……

“Diese Wohnung liegt etwas außerhalb von Menaggio. Mit dem Fahrrad waren wir in 7 min.im Centrum. Der Ausblick ist phantastisch. An der Ausstattung sollte jedoch unbedingt gearbeitet werden. Sehr veraltetes Interieur. Warum der Kamin mit einer so hässlichen Platte geschlossen wurde erschließt sich uns nicht. Küche war gut ausgestattet.Fùr unsere Fahrräder haben wir ein Platz im Außenbereich, auf dem Plateau der Steintreppe, finden können.

"Very disappointing stay considering paying up to Euro 1500/ ++ per night

- Food quality is subpar (from breakfast to dinner)

- Spa is fully booked for the entire weekend (no slots reserved for in house guests), we asked during booking whether spa needs to be book ahead and was assured availability upon arrival
- Heated pool temperature is lukewarm at most

- Sound proof in bedroom is very poor, you can hear every car passing from the street to other rooms closing or opening their electric curtains
