Amazing place.. everything that we need it was there.. very comfy and quiet neighborhood. The only but it was the pool heater it wasn’t working properly, but they refund me the money. Communication was on point. We had a great time.

Excited to book for next year's vacation!

Wonderful and fun vacation here from Maine. We had everything we needed until we could get to the store for supplies after our long drive. The home was beautiful and more than enough room for my husband, myself and 3 teens. The pool was great. Our kids spent a lot of time relaxing and floating. I loved the soaking tub in the master bedroom. All stores were within a few miles and plenty of choices for places to eat. If there is ANYTHING I would suggest, is the carpets could use a good professional cleaning from people walking on them with their shoes on. Staying here was worth the drive down. Thank you for letting us stay in your home.

Great Stay!!

This property was as described. It was very clean and spacious. The only issue I had was a few dishes I had to wash before using them but it wasn’t a big deal. They communicated very promptly. This is a great property to use as your home away from home. The neighborhood is very quiet.

Love sunshine

The house was wonderful, it is older, but it’s very clean. The only issues we had was the people prior to us left their garbage in the bins and it was very smelly. We paid for a heated pool for 14 days and the first day it wasn’t working so they sent a tech out and it started to warm on the second day. FYI, there is no sunshine on the pool. It’s all at the front of the house. Overall, we had a great experience there!

The home was a little dirty we had to do some cleaning. The worst part was when the smoke alarms went off in the middle of the night and we couldn’t get them to stop after many calls to the manager we finally had to call the fire department they came and said that none of the alarms were connected right. Very scary.

The Capet stock me in my toe andI was bleeding, they came by and hammeredIt down, there was dust mites on the dinning room table, the pool I paid to get heated was not heated, the jacuzzi water level was half way and less than, also saw couple roaches by the side of the garbage in the kitchen, instead of the owner trying to give some reimbursement, she charged me for four towels, and stated they were stained, like the towels were not supposed to be used. the pictures that was sent to me you can see the towel were not even attempted to be washed.

Schönes Ferienhaus

Das Objekt liegt in einer geschlossenen Wohnanlage. Auf den ersten Blick ist man von diesem Haus sehr beeindruckt. Die Räume sind groß, hell und sauber. Das Haus hatte mehrere Schlafzimmer und Bäder sowie eine vollständig ausgestattete Küche, eine Waschmaschine und Trockner sowie eine Garage. Bei genauerem Hinsehen bemerkt man jedoch, dass das Haus doch schon in die Jahre gekommen ist und an der einen oder anderen Stelle eine Renovierung angebracht wäre. Wir hatten Probleme mit der Elektrik im Küchenbereich. Alle Steckdosen funktionierten nicht und der vorhandene Toaster war durchgebrannt. Diese Probleme wurden jedoch durch die Vermietungsfirma schnell behoben. Ein Elektriker hat sich um das Problem gekümmert und auch den defekten Toaster ausgetauscht. Vielen Dank für die schnelle und unkomplizierte Erledigung!Im Pollbereich hatte der Tisch Rostflecken, das Plakat für die Poolregeln hatte einen großen Riss. Am Esstisch standen weiße Stühle von denen die Hälfte - vermutlich wegen der Sonneneinstrahlung - verfärbt waren. Der Essbereich war mit Geschirr dekoriert. Hat man das Geschirr weggenommen konnte man auf den Tischmatten große Flecken sehen. Das sind einige der Kleinigkeiten, die den positiven Gesamteindruck schmälern.Insgesamt aber trotzdem ein tolles Haus und wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.
